AIWorkfinder started as a product of my own frustration at not getting selected for AI training jobs.
Like countless other people, I was looking for a side income. I was seeing repeated posts on reddit, with people claiming that they made thousands from Data Annotation Tech or Mercor. I began applying on Mercor, and I kept running into the same problems — constantly refreshing to catch new listings, missing roles before they filled. Worse then that, I kept applying for jobs I was never going to get due to geographic restrictions which I couldn’t see. I clearly wasn’t the only one, because I started seeing posts swathes of people saying that they’ve made 20+ applications and not received anything but rejections. All these difficulties only expanded when I branched out to other platforms.
So I built a tool to fix that for myself. Then I figured it might help other people too.
I’ve personally worked on Outlier, Alignerr, Abaka, and Telus. I’ve tested Atlus Capture, Pila8, and Silencio. When I write about a platform here, it’s based on actually using it — not scraping a Reddit thread and repackaging it.
AIWorkfinder aggregates listings daily from the platforms I track, with pay rates and location eligibility visible upfront. The blog covers honest reviews, tips, and guides based on what I’ve actually experienced.
If you’ve got questions about a specific platform, feel free to reach out.
